All initial offers must be submitted through propoffers.com by the buyer’s agent. A complete offer must be submitted using the appropriate state contract form. Agents must first register for a free account on propoffers.com.

Fees and Earnest Money
If an offer is accepted and successfully closes, the buyer’s broker will be responsible for a $200 offer management fee, which will be reflected on the settlement statement at closing.
All offers on this property require a minimum earnest money deposit of 1 percent of the purchase price or $2,000, whichever is greater.
Title Insurance
