Euharlee, Georgia is a small community located outside of Cartersville. The community sits on the banks of the Euharlee Creek and the Etowah River. It has a rich history that is well preserved.

In the public square, you will quickly learn that the community’s people are proud of its heritage and have taken care to post signs telling visitors about the rich history that saturates the area. The main focus of the public square is the beautiful wooden historic Euharlee Covered Bridge. Nearby is the Frankie Harris Park, with a playground, tennis courts, basketball court, and covered pavilion.

The area is nestled in the rolling hills of Northwest Georgia, and the Euharlee Bridge is picture perfect with the creek flowing below and all the greenery surrounding this beautiful piece of history.

The Euharlee Creek is also utilized for recreational use. Canoeing, kayaking, tubing, boating, and fishing are all popular pastimes for the people of the Euharlee Community.

Even though Euharlee feels like you have taken a step back in time to a much simpler era, it is just minutes from Cartersville and all the conveniences of a modern town. There is easy access to I-75 from Cartersville.

Once a month, the community gathers together for a Food Truck Friday Picnic in the Park. Every October, the community hosts a fall festival in Frankie Harris Park.
